  8. DESCRIPTION (brief):

  10. This program attempts to defragment files on PFS partitions in a safe way,
  11. giving the user plenty of control.  If you have DOpus the program will be
  12. enhanced, however it is not required.  The program has been extensively
  13. beta-tested and is by no means a "first release".  The program has a lot of
  14. unique "intelligent" features to improve its safety, effectiveness and
  15. configurability.
